QSI supplies the semiconductor industry with fused quartz crucibles, process tubes, bell jars, cylinders and customer designed quartzware.
QSI has the capability to make bell jars and cylinders up to 32" diameter, as well as resize clear fused quartz tubes for 300-400 mm diameter horizontal and vertical process tubes.
We manufacture our own type of process tubing.
Type TPL transparalucent fused quartz, which offers the benefits of a process tube and linear tube combined. TPL tubing is continually in service at Motorola, Texas Instruments and IBM.
We have been instrumental in the development and fabrication of quartzware for recharge and continuous feed systems for silicon crystal growing.
QSI is a trusted subcontractor to many quartz fabricators.
